Market assessment

In February 2020, WASCO entered into an agreement with the Town of Stephenville to complete a full market assessment, including current traffic reviews, leakage analysis, catchment area surveys, and recommendations for next steps.

Upon completion of the market assessment, it was found that the Town of Stephenville required an on-site airport manager to be responsible for airport operations and compliance of regulatory requirements, such as the Canadian Aviation Regulations and the Canadian Aviation Security Regulations.
